On our way from Fairfield to Yosemite we stopped and got popsicles for the girls. They were a hit!
That tongue!
I love this picture of Elna and all of the boys in the family (grandpa, uncles, cousins). They all got water soakers for Christmas (we do it in July at Yosemite every year, because it’s when we’re all together) and Elna was the only girl who got one too. She was pretty thrilled!
This is basically the same picture, but from my phone—a little blurry, but I love Elna’s face in it.
Our mornings sometimes started a little earlier than the rest of the house, so we got some sweet family bonding time in our bedroom.
A panoramic of the group hanging out on the deck before the kids went to bed. You can see in the windows the Christmas lights, which my dad hangs each year to bring the Christmas spirit to Yosemite with us.
Uncle David with my girls and their cousin John.
Austin and Elna.
Elna and all of her boy cousins. She is the first girl cousin after a line of 5 boys. She’s just 6 months younger than Robert (on the far right)
Before the kids go to bed each night my parents give them each a Christmas gift. This was the night they got their nerf guns. So fun!
Our last night there our girls got these cute dolls. Harriet was already in bed, so we had to take a picture of her later.
I mentioned above that the first 5 grandchildren are boys. The next 4 grandchildren are these 4 cute girls. Here they are with the baby dolls that Grandpa and Grandma gave to them.
I love seeing famy photos with grandparents! ( wonder why)!! Fun to see cousins too! :)
