A merry Christmas day.

We like to spend Christmas morning at our house before going over to Brian’s parents house.  The girls woke up around 8:30 that morning and we had a nice, calm morning before heading over.  With the entire Harris family together, it was a little crazy at Brian’s parents house, but so fun!

I always feel like the kids are pretty done after going through their stockings…why do more?  Ha!

I love our stockings that my mom makes for us!

Reading their Christmas books from Grandma and Grandpa Clark.  Elna got Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse and Harriet got A Good Day—both books are by Kevin Henkes.  They love them!

Opening her Santa gift—a stroller.

Elna saw this stroller at Costco a few months before Christmas and was sure Santa would bring it for her.  She never swayed on what she wanted, which was good, because Santa bought one for her and Hattie that day.  Santa knows they have a hard time sharing, so getting them the same thing was a smart idea!

They are very happy with their strollers—especially Elna!  It’s a little too big for Hattie to push around, so it may take practice for her to figure out how to maneuver it.

I didn’t take very many pictures at Brian’s parents, but I did take a few pictures of the girls in their new dress-ups from Brian’s aunts, Regina and Leora.  They loved the darling dresses and spent most of the day in them.
