Mexico—family pictures (part 3)

While we were in Mexico had our sister-in-law, Heather, to take our family pictures.  She did such a great job!  We had to do it twice because the first day we did it during a time that was too sunny (my fault!), so you’ll notice that a lot of the first ones are a little squinty of us, but I still liked them enough to include a few. 

This would have been one of my favorites if the sun hadn’t been making all of us squint.  Elna is smiling in it, which you will soon learn is rare.

When Elna wasn’t wiggling in Brian’s arms and refusing to smile she was doing this.  Who can blame her?

We thought maybe Harriet would like her toes in the water.  We were wrong.

I got rid of probably a hundred pictures and almost didn’t include this one, but I just love how we are all looking down because of the sun and Elna (the one who was having the most challenging time with this whole thing) was doing her best to give us a good smile.  I just love her!

Then Heather took some cute pictures of me and Brian.  Man, I love this guy!

These pictures kind of make me think of our honeymoon which we had in the same place four years ago—so glad I married him!

One of my goals for this year is to learn photoshop.  When I do learn it, I think I’ll maybe photoshop a few of my favorites in this photo session.  The next picture—my very favorite, our friend, Kristy, photoshopped a bit for us and I’m so happy with how it turned out!

I liked it so much that I enlarged it and hung it in two different places in our house!  Oh, how I love this family of ours!
