This isn’t Elna’s most flattering picture, but Brian took it when he picked her up from his Mom’s house one evening when we went out to dinner with my sister and her husband downtown. She never falls asleep in her car seat—must have been exhausted!
She’s holding up a donut from Voodoo Donuts—we went there after eating out with Annie & Lance, and picked up for Elna for the next morning. Voodoo makes vegan donuts. Yum!

We had a really hot week—the girls had a hard time sleeping. I finally stripped her down to a diaper and she fell asleep.

ReplyDeletePictures of your girls just make me happy. Elna seems officially old now that she isn't in diapers. And those toilet pics are priceless. So fun to see the pictures from Voodoo donuts and Multnomah Falls - in May Daniel and I did our couples trip to Seattle, and we stopped in Portland on the way and went to both those places. I can't believe how sunny it looks there - it was pretty rainy for our whole trip, so we didn't get great pics. But we still loved it. You live in such a beautiful area! We'll have to come again when we aren't on a couples trip and meet up. Daniel loves the rain and wants to move to Seattle now.
