Debby visits.
My cousin, Debby, who lives in the Seattle area, came to visit for a couple of days in February when her kids were on a break from school. The first day she was here we went to visit our cousin, Marilyn at the Oakland temple visitors center. It was fun to surprise her! She’s such a darling missionary!
After visiting with Marilyn for as long as our kids would allow, we went on a walk around the temple.
The next day we went downtown on the MAX train for a little adventure.
Waiting for the train--I love how the little things are still so exciting for kids this age.
Cute girls waiting for their quesadillas.
Such a fun day and such a great time with cousins. I love that Debby and I live close enough to do these things occasionally. We have the best time together!

Valentines Day.
I looked on YouTube to find a heart hair-do for Elna for her Valentine’s Day party at school—she LOVED it, and I was pretty proud of myself for figuring it out!
We made these cute valentines for the kids in her preschool class on Friday. What did we do before Pinterest?
Angie sent me this picture she took of the kids after class on Valentines Day.
On Saturday morning, my good friend, Jillian through such a cute party at her parents house (in our neighborhood). We have such great friends!
I love how William and Chad were waving to the girls as they were walking up to the house.
William, Chad, Hattie, and Elna. Tyler Holwege came too, but hadn’t shown up yet.
Oh, there Tyler is (in the red hat)
All of the decorations, food, games were so so cute! Jillian throws the best parties—as you will see!

I think this was when Holly (Jillian’s mom) was reading a book to the kids.

The best Valentine, right there!
And on the actual Valentines Day (Sunday), we went to a regional meeting in our pinks and reds again. It’s good to love and be loved!

Zoo day with friends.
Clockwise, starting with Hattie, William, Elna, William, Hayden, and Chase. Where’s Chad? Getting all of our kids to look at the same time is obviously not possible.
