One of my very favorite things is when Hattie looks at Elna in pictures—it happens all the time and it’s just so endearing!

And popsicles:  I first two have just Hattie and Elna, but the last 2, I threw Gigi in—and I love how both girls put their popsicles in the air at the same time so that Georgia couldn’t reach them.  Ha!

Angel’s Rest.

Brian and I got a sitter so we could get out on a hike.  I had never hiked Angel’s Rest, so up we went!

It was sunny. Ha!

35!

My 35th birthday was my best yet!  Brian and the girls made it special in so many ways.  It started it out with an acai smoothie bowl, made by Brian.  Delicious!

Then, the girls surprised me with a trip to frozen yogurt (I actually knew, since I was driving…but I don’t know they every put 2 and 2 together) and Brian met us there!  Elna is our little party planner girl—she loves planning fun things and making others feel special.  It’s one of my favorite things about her.  You can kind of see her in action in the series of pictures below—She brought a backpack that she had secretly filled (I seriously had no idea!) with a birthday card, candles, and a lighter so that she could cover my ice cream in candles.

My favorite one of her is when she gets the lighter out!  She thought of everything!

My life is so full with these girls!

Later that evening, Elna planned for us to go to Chevy’s for dinner, because she knows how much I liked it.  The funny thing is, that at least minute, she decided to stay with Georgia at Brian’s parents—it’s just too hard to pass up Grandma’s house, I guess.  But Hattie came with us!

A couple days later my girlfriends had a party for the April birthday girls.

These girls were being so silly—I used restraint by deleting more than half of the pictures I took of them, but I HAD to keep the next six because of Hattie’s faces:
